Supporting the Provincial Chairperson in ensuring effective monitoring of Public Representatives' performance and reporting thereon
Effectively facilitating training, conducting audits, and carrying out administrative processes
Professionally handling queries from the public on behalf of the Provincial Chairperson
Providing an efficient administrative support function

National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Tertiary qualification in Public Administration, Political Science, Law (advantageous)
2 years' experience in performance monitoring, compliance, or an administrative role
Experience working with various stakeholders
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
Knowledge of administrative systems including performance dashboards, and app-based tools
Knowledge of government processes and public representative responsibilities
Skills:
Written and verbal communication
Time management and organisation
Administration and attention to detail
Abilities:
Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
Be outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
Work independently

Maintain Confidentiality and professionalism
