In this influential role, you'll shape talent, culture, performance and organisational development to enable Time Square's business strategy, while ensuring strong governance, positive employee relations and meaningful stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to align business plans with strategic people plans
Implement and maintain People governance, compliance, and streamlined processes
Manage PBE programme delivery, budgets, reporting, and data integrity
Provide expert counsel on performance, productivity, ER issues, and organisational design
Build and manage relationships with community stakeholders and Gaming Boards; oversee licence applications
Lead ER strategy, union engagement, and represent the business in negotiations and complex cases
Oversee talent management, succession, learning, workforce planning, recruitment, and retention
Drive transformation strategies including EE, SD, and BBBEE goals
Manage remuneration, rewards, benefits, and wellness initiatives
Promote culture, team effectiveness, and employee engagement
Lead communication and change management across the unit
Present PBE analytics, financials, insights, and workforce risks to management
Oversee all PBE administration and employee lifecycle documentation
Lead employee events and recognition programmes
Develop, mentor, and manage the PBE team while ensuring up-to-date legislative knowledge
Manage key supplier and partner relationships to support business objectives
Proficiencies/Skills:

Strong employee relations and HR functional expertise (recruitment, L&D, performance, talent, workforce planning)

Requirements:
B Degree in Human Resources Management
12 years experience in HR, including a minimum of 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
* Experience in the gaming and hospitality industry is an advantage
