To manage, optimise and coordinate IVANHOE's payroll (for nationals and expatriates), ensuring compliance with laws, policy and tax obligations. The Superintendent xxx leads a team of specialists based in SA and the DRC, manages payroll audits, facilitates optimal system (Sage) implementation, and supervises and coordinates the payroll administration, processing and reporting functions. The incumbent establishes the labour budget, oversees the termination process and collaborates extensively with HR, Finance and Legal teams to drive optimisation and alignment.
Requirements:
Honours degree in Finance with HR subjects
8-10 years' relevant experience in Finance, with strong payroll exposure in a managerial-related role involving discrete handling of sensitive, confidential information
Experience in the mining environment highly advantageous
Fluency in French and English is a must
