Job Description


Payroll ManagementManage the full payroll process, from input to final payment and reporting on Sage VIP Premier.Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, statutory deductions, and benefits.Address and resolve payroll-related queries from staff and management.Ensure correct processing of new appointments, terminations, salary adjustments, and back pay.Maintain accurate payroll records in accordance with company and legal standards.Ensure deadlines for submission, payment, and reporting are consistently met.Payroll ReportingProvide regular payroll analysis and reporting to the Payroll Manager.Assist with payroll budget preparation and financial reporting.Provide detailed employee-level cost reporting for business insights.QualificationsDiploma in HR /Accounting.Experience and SkillsMinimum 5 years experience in payroll, preferably in a large organisation.Exposure to payroll environments of over 5,000 employees.Experience in retail environments advantageous.Advanced MS Excel proficiency.Package & RemunerationMarket Related.
