The Pass Runner will assist in coordinating the flow between the kitchen and service team, ensuring each dish is perfectly presented and delivered. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass area.
Support waiters and chefs during busy service periods.
Carry trays safely and efficiently deliver dishes.
Polish cutlery, plates, and copper service items.
Assist in stock rotation and kitchen organization.
Ensure prompt communication between front and back of house.
1-2 years' restaurant or kitchen support experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Well-presented and professional appearance.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
