Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Pass Runner to join this signature restaurant team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between their award-winning kitchen and the dining room, ensuring that every dish reaches guests with the precision and artistry it deserves.
Core criteria:
- Preferably 1-2 years previous pass runner, restaurant, or kitchen experience
- Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills
- Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
- Must be well-presented
- Flexibility & Accountability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Planning & Organizing skills
- Assist with any reasonable requests by a manager
- Be able to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a waiter
- Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the pass areas
- Check and ensure all mise-en-place are ready for service
- Polish all plates and copper bowls for service
- Should be able to carry a tray with food safely
- Knowledgeable about the menu & Estate
- Should be able to know all table numbers
- Assist any of the chefs in the kitchen if need be
- Responsible for sorting all empty wine bottles and organising the area where empty wine bottles are stored
- Polish cutlery when all pass duties are completed
- Assist the waiters in the restaurant
- Place orders for any condiments with the chefs
Salary: market-related
