Were a close-knit team of PPC and SEO experts who pride ourselves on a hands-on, collaborative approach.Were seeking a mid-level Paid Search Account Manager (fully remote, South Africa) to join us. In this role, youll manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end and serve as a key liaison for our clients.Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for lead-generation clients, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare clear monthly reports; present results and recommendations in client calls.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients: lead regular calls, discuss strategy, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Collaborate with our SEO and content team to align paid search campaigns with overall marketing strategy and lead-generation goals.
  • Stay current with Google Ads features and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign ROI.

  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads lead generation, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Expertise in lead generation, with a deep understanding of funnels (especially with UK clients).
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills across many different industries.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making high-level decisions on client accounts.
