How you'll role

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital media campaigns. Your expertise in media buying, data analysis, and digital marketing will be essential in driving results and maximising return on investment (ROI) for clients' advertising efforts. You will collaborate with various teams, including account managers, creative teams, and data analysts, to develop effective strategies that align with clients' goals and target audiences. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, detail oriented, and results-focused professional with a passion for staying on top of industry trends and digital advertising platforms.

What you'll do

Digital Media Buying Strategy

  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and budget constraints
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimise media buying strategies
  • Develop comprehensive media plans that align with clients' goals and maximise campaign performance
Digital Media Campaign Execution:
  • Implement and execute digital media campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, programmatic platforms, and other relevant channels
  • Set up and manage ad campaigns, including ad copy creation, targeting parameters, bid management, and budget allocation
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimise based on real-time data insights to achieve KPIs and improve ROI Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyse campaign performance data and key metrics regularly to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimization
  • Provide detailed performance reports to clients and internal teams, highlighting campaign results and actionable recommendations
Budget Management:
  • Ensure efficient allocation of clients' budgets to achieve the best possible results and maintain client satisfaction
  • Monitor spending and campaign pacing to stay within budget constraints and adjust as needed
Stay Up to Date with Industry Trends:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and media buying
  • Suggest innovative approaches and emerging platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness
What you'll need
  • Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing
  • Proven experience, 2 to 3 years, in digital media buying and ad campaign management, preferably within a marketing agency setting
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and audience targeting strategies is a plus
  • Certifications in relevant digital advertising platforms are advantageous
