Job Description


We are looking for an analytical, intelligent, ambitious, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Paid Media Specialist.
You should be a creative problem solver who loves growth hacking and has excellent business acumen, high standards and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the Paid Social strategy to generate quality leads. This includes campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, planning, budget management, platform selection, audience strategy and remarketing.
  • Maintain a portfolio of Google search campaigns.
  • Seek ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the Paid Social channel in order to aid revenue growth.
  • Grow top funnel and awareness for own branded Hyperiondev and University partner bootcamps to build lead and remarketing pipelines.
  • Work with other channel specialists to ensure the spend weighting is efficient.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our key platforms features and new releases.
  • Develop and maintain a rapid testing framework for social media utilizing tools such as a/b test, google optimize etc.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Admissions & other key stakeholders to create and optimize effective creative and ad types across the campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum_:
  • At least 2 years experience in planning, setting up, and optimizing paid social campaigns.
  • At least 1 years experience in maintaining and setting up google search campaigns.
  • Experience running campaigns across the well-known networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Tik Tok
- Strong analytical skills, highly quantitative with the ability to analyze and assess advertising datasets, draw conclusions, and derive actionable insights and recommendations. * Have a practical understanding of the conversion funnel.
  • Drive the implementation of onpage conversion rate optimization, improve messaging and content across bootcamp pages and landing pages
  • Thorough understanding of the online marketing funnels and levers to pull based on relevant objectives.
  • Detailed understanding of Google Marketing Tools; Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Lighthouse, Search Console etc. Implementing Facebook conversion (pixel) tracking, URL parameters, etc
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • A selfxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x90starter who thrives in a fastxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x90paced environment
Preferred_:
  • Facebook Blueprint certifications
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics certifications
  • Some experience with display, programmatic
  • Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and campaigns from the ground up
  • Experience with Marketing B2C, SaaS, Startup or Education
  • Experience working with paid media optimisation tools such as Wordstream or SEMrush
  • Comfortable working with large datasets
  • Able to create insightful dashboards with Google sheets or Google Studio
  • Passionate about all things digital and a proactive learner
