What will you do:

  • As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns across various channels, from Google to social media platforms, and collaborating with a team of experts to drive results.
  • Ignite explosive paid media strategies, fusing together the elements of creativity and data-driven insights to propel our clients' campaigns to new heights.
  • Mix and blend keywords creating unique combinations to unravel hidden opportunities and outshine the competition.
  • Be the conductor of online advertising symphonies, orchestrating campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other dynamic platforms.
  • Keep a watchful eye on campaign budgets, tweaking the dials to ensure the perfect balance between expenditure and results.
  • Collaborate with our team of content creators, designs and web developers to create campaigns that defy expectations.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital trends, immersing yourself in the latest trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experiment fearlessly, conducting A/B tests to uncover the secret formulas that captivate audiences and drive conversion rates to new levels.
  • Unleash your creativity on landing pages, weaving user experiences that leave visitors intrigued and hungry for more.
  • Master the art of Google Tag Manager, wielding its powers to track and optimize campaign performance, and improve website analytics.
What do you need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Extra points awarded for certifications in paid media management.
  • Proven experience in blending the elements of paid media campaigns across various digital advertising platforms.
  • A wizard with digital marketing principles, armed with a deep understanding of paid media strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in wielding the powers of advertising platforms such as Google Ads (Search and Display), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other tools.
  • An analytical mind who can decode the language of data, transforming it into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication skills to charm and engage clients, presenting campaign performance reports with ease and confidence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all ad set up are flawless and that no element is overlooked.
  • A relentless explorer of the digital realm, eager to discover the latest trends and harness the power of emerging technologies.
  • A Master of creative problem-solving, able to create innovative strategies and methods to optimize campaign performance.
