Work with marketing team to plan, execute and optimize digital media campaigns for ECP projects that include corporates, strategic comms, media, conferences, and events.
Your expertise in media buying, data analysis, and digital marketing will be essential in
driving results and maximizing return on investment for ECPxe2x80x99s advertising efforts. You will
collaborate with various teams, including marketing, creative, content and sales, to
develop effective strategies that align with ECPxe2x80x99s project and event objectives and target
audiences. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail oriented, and results-focused
professional with a passion for staying on top of industry trends and digital advertising
platforms.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Media Strategy

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and budgets
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize media buying strategies
  • Develop comprehensive media plans that align with project goals and maximize campaign performance
Digital Media Campaign Execution
  • Implement and execute digital media campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, programmatic platforms, and other relevant channels
  • Set up and manage ad campaigns, including ad copy creation, targeting parameters, bid management, and budget allocation
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on real-time data insights to achieve KPIs and improve ROI
  • Implement and troubleshoot marketing platform conversion pixels using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics regularly to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimization
  • Provide detailed performance reports for projects, highlighting campaign results and actionable recommendations
Budget Management
  • Ensure efficient allocation of project budgets to achieve the best possible results and ROI
  • Monitor spending and campaign pacing to stay within budget constraints and adjust as needed
Stay up to date with Industry Trends
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and media buying
  • Suggest innovative approaches and emerging platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness


Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing
  • SA residence / visa and ability to work. We will not be able to relocate anyone.
  • 3+ years in digital media buying and ad campaign management, preferably within a marketing agency setting
  • Proficiency in using digital such as Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience implementing and troubleshooting marketing platform conversion pixels using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with external and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and audience targeting strategies
  • Certifications in relevant digital advertising platforms are advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail.
