Job Description
The Packhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the packhouse operations to ensure timely and efficient packaging of fresh goods.
Key Performance Areas
include the following:- Production quality
- Production efficiency
- Logistics/Distribution
- People Management
- Safety, Health and Hygiene
- Stock Management
- Administration and
- Equipment and Machinery.
Requirements to apply:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years of packhouse management experience
- Experience in fresh produce will be advantageous
- Must be willing to some work weekends
- Computer literate
- Own reliable transport
