A well-established fresh produce farm is looking for a Packhouse Manager in Brits North-west. The ideal candidate will be a highly focused, self-driven individual, with a strong leadership skills. Must be detail orientated with excellent time management skills and people relations

Implement Processes to increase the Packhouse efficiencies. Ensure Produce quality meets the client specifications at all times Produce packaging must comply with client requirements to avoid rejections Manage employee's performance, and maintain labour stability at all times Meet targets to ensure continuous supply to clients

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position (Packhouse Management/Warehouse Management/Logistics) Proficient in Ms Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) Previous experience in Fresh Produce farming will be an advantage.
