Job Description


An organisational development intern role serves as a catalyst for positive transformation and development within a company, it involves the support of implemented or future projects and/or strategies to enhance employee performance, cultivate leadership, and foster a healthy organisational culture.
By additionally supporting the facilitation of change, resolving conflicts, and improving communication, the organisational development intern will contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the organisation.
The interns focus on strategic planning, team effectiveness, and employee engagement ensures that the company adapts to evolving challenges, creating a dynamic and supportive work environment conducive to growth and innovation.

Education MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • National Certificate NQF Level 5 or higher - in Human Resource Management with a focus in Organisational Development and Change or
  • National Certificate NQF Level 5 or higher - in Occupational Directed Education and Development Practices with a focus in Organisational Development and Change or
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Development NQF Level 8

Experience and Knowledge MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 6 months minimum general office administration experience
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)

STIPEND: R4 500 Per Month
