Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Lead to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of their O2C processes, leading a high-performing team while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and optimal service delivery.
This role is based in Sandton, Johannesburg North.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end O2C processes, including billing, collections, credit risk, and customer account management.
Driving standardisation, efficiency, and automation across the O2C function.
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of finance professionals.
Partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure service excellence and issue resolution.
Maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
Monitoring KPIs and reporting on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Supporting transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading order to cash or similar finance operations teams.
Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and controls within O2C.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Results-driven with a proactive and collaborative approach.
