Job Description

Assist clients in selecting the perfect eyewear and lenses based on their specific needs and preferences.



Provide accurate measurements and fitting to ensure optimal vision correction.



Offer expert advice on lens materials, coatings, and frames, taking into consideration style, comfort, and functionality.



Collaborate with optometrists and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.



Maintain inventory and order eyewear products as needed.



Conduct repairs and adjustments on eyewear, ensuring customer satisfaction.



Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in optical technology.



Assist Patients with Frame and lens Selections



Advising on best frame lens options



Taking accurate measurements



Placing of spectacle orders



Final checking



Dispensing



Adjustments



Basic repairs



Build and retain customer relationships



Office-related Admin



Minimum 2years of hands-on experience in optical assistance or dispensing optics.



A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.



Enthusiastic about staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.



Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.



Qualification as an Optical Dispenser.



Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end practice.



Exceptional knowledge of various lens options, frames, and optical products.



Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.



Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.



Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



Tech-savvy with experience in using optical software and tools
