Construction General Foreman (Site based) Cape Town, Western Cape
R30 000 - R40 000 Per month Negotiable depending on qualification and experience
Our Client, an established and highly reputable Commercial Construction firm is currently in search of a hands-on, self-motivated and skilled General Foreman to join their dynamic team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate setting out
- Reinforcing subcontractor management
- Formwork subcontractor management
- Ordering concrete
- Managing concrete casting team
- Managing concrete cube testing
- Wet works management and setting out
- Assist with health and safety controls
- Site logistic control
- Manage wages staff
- National Diploma in Building or related tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5-15 years Structural Foreman experience gained within the commercial construction industry
- Proven experience with medium to large scale projects i.e. R20 R100 Million+ is highly preferred
- Surveying background is advantageous!
