Planner - Supply Chain | Cape Town (Northern Suburbs) ? Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

? Salary: R480 000 - R540 000 CTC per annum
Join a fast-growing, design-led homewares brand with a strong footprint across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale. We're looking for a Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a sharp analytical mindset to drive forecasting, inventory optimisation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate demand forecasts using sales trends and market data
- Manage inventory levels to balance availability and cost
- Analyse data and generate reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies
- Use ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, JDA) to streamline operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in demand planning or inventory management
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Retail or homewares industry experience is advantageous
