Job Description

operates machine for production of side seal chambers blood pack bags and is responsible for all relevant documentation in compliance to s.o.p 03-16-02-a, this also incorporates responsibility for the quality of the side seals by means of online visual inspection and outputs to planned schedule Ensures that all routine documentation is present activities recorded, signed and dated as tasks are completed.

Checks Production Plan as requested
Cleaning of Equipment and Equipment checks Line Clearance Procedure Ensures routine Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance is complete Allocate Batch Numbers Updates Batch Board

Matric (Grade 12) Technical qualification or certification in a relevant field (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering) advantageous
