operates machine for production of fenwal blood pack bags and is responsible for all relevant documentation in compliance to stop 03-16-04-a. This also incorporates responsibility for the quality of the bags by implementing 100% visual online inspection and outputs to planned schedule Ensures that all routine documentation is present activities recorded, signed and dated as tasks are completed. Co-ordinates and completes

Checks Production Plan as requested Cleaning of Equipment and Equipment checks Line Clearance Procedure Ensures routine Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance is complete Allocate Batch Numbers Updates Batch Board

Matric (Grade 12) Technical qualification or certification in a relevant field (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering) advantageous
