Job Description
- operates machine for production of fenwal blood pack bags and is responsible for all relevant documentation in compliance to stop 03-16-04-a. This also incorporates responsibility for the quality of the bags by implementing 100% visual online inspection and outputs to planned schedule
- Ensures that all routine documentation is present activities recorded, signed and dated as tasks are completed.
- Dual Paddle Machine 26: Validated Parameters
- Dual Paddle Machine 26: Production Report
- Fenwal Bags: Production Defect Analysis Report
- Checks Production Plan as requested
- Cleaning of Equipment and Equipment checks
- Line Clearance Procedure
- Ensures routine Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance is complete
- Allocate Batch Numbers
- Updates Batch Board
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Technical qualification or certification in a relevant field (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering) advantageous
