Operations Supervisor / Manager
Job Description
Supervising and planning the entire Filling activities of the plant and supply of Diving Gases, welding gases with 100% compliance to Global Gases and Local requirements.
Managing Regulatory local compliances specific to the local operations and the country namely but not limited to Factory Inspectorate.
Training of local operations staff in all aspects of operation and transfer of skills.
Implement and monitor Safety Programs. Ensure safety meetings conducted on Monthly basis for all the Group facilities
Develop & implement the preventive maintenance plan for all the equipment. Maintenance and tracking of all the activities related to equipment & plan maintenance.
Ensuring 100% compliance to Diving Gases standards such as
BS EN12021-2014 and IMCA Standards etc.
Maintain ISO 9001:2015/ISO 14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018
Inventory Management of all assets and Raw Materials
Fixed assets management and ensuring timely maintenance of fixed assets, Plant Equipment and Analyzers
Timely submission of weekly stock and Monthly Reports to HQ.
Implementation of Safety standards in line with Best industry and Global Gases standards.
Safety of plant equipment and personnel, Zero accident and incidents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R25000,00 - R45000,00 per month
Experience:
Industrial Gas Filling: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
