This role is reception-based and suited to an experienced hotel professional who takes responsibility, leads shifts, and supports daily operations across all departments.
Key duties include:
Working reception shifts (check-ins, check-outs, reservations)
Acting as senior staff member on shift
Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
Ensuring excellent guest experience and smooth daily operations
Requirements:
3-5 years' hotel experience
Reception and supervisory experience
Strong leadership, organisation, and guest focus
Comfortable in a boutique hotel environment
Salary:
R18 000 gross per month
