Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership

Oversee day-to-day lodge operations in partnership with the General Manager.
Ensure smooth coordination between Front of House, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams.
Maintain operational efficiency while preserving the lodges luxury standards.

Guest Experience

Drive a guest-first culture, ensuring every interaction is personal, memorable, and of the highest quality.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor and enhance service delivery across all departments.

Team Management & Training

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Create staff rosters, manage performance, and provide training to maintain excellence.
Foster a positive and professional working environment.

Financial & Resource Management

Minimum Experience & Requirements

Matric; Hospitality Diploma/Degree advantageous.
Minimum 5 years management experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a high-end, remote setting.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen and operational knowledge.
Valid RSA ID and Drivers Licence required.
