? Location: Germiston, Gauteng

? Annual Salary: R 1 000 000 - R 1 200 000
? Key Responsibilities:

• ? Oversee the full accounting function - journals, income statements, and financial statements.
• ? Manage multi-entity environments, including inter-company loans and transactions.
• ? Handle month-end close processes with precision and compliance.
• ? Prepare and review project cash flow reports and manage operational finance for projects.
• ? Ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations.
• ? Manage controls, foreign payments, and Forex transactions.
• ? Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• ? Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting standards.

? Requirements:

• ? BCom Accounting Degree & Honours (essential).
• ? Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with exposure to multi-entity environments.
• ? Strong background in construction, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• ? Proven experience in operational finance and project-based accounting.
• ? Solid understanding of tax, VAT, and compliance requirements.
• ? Experience with foreign payments and Forex transactions.
• ? Management experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• ? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
