Job Summary ? Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee the full accounting function - journals, income statements, and financial statements.
? Manage multi-entity environments, including intercompany loans and transactions.
? Handle month-end close processes with precision and compliance.
? Prepare and review project cash flow reports and manage operational finance for projects.
? Ensure compliance with TAX and VAT regulations.
? Manage controls, foreign payments, and Forex transactions.
? Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
? Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting standards.
? Requirements:
? BCom Accounting degree + Honours (essential).
? Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with exposure to multi-entity environments.
? Strong background in construction, industrial equipment, or related industries.
? Proven experience in operational finance and project-based accounting.
? Solid understanding of TAX, VAT, and compliance requirements.
? Experience with foreign payments and Forex transactions.
? Management experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
