Job Description
On-site fleet coordinator - Cape Town Answer calls Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email. Routing of and manage drivers throughout the evening. Must be able to use Microsoft and basic applications. Must be able to utilise tracking sofware Research required information using available resources Manage and resolve customer complaints Identify and escalate priority issues Route calls to appropriate resource Follow up customer calls where necessary Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Complete call logs Produce daily reports Ability to work under pressure and problem solve Basic AdministrationJob Type: Full-timeSalary: R7,500.00 - R9,500.00 per monthEducation:Diploma (Required)Experience:Transportation management systems: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Pdp (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)Report job
