We are inviting applications for the role of Learning Coordinator xe2x80x93 Process Associatexe2x80x93 English - On site Johannesburg!
In this role, you will provide learning and training support for the Sourcing Compliance team, performing all tasks to ensure compliance learning tracking, monitoring, and reporting. In addition, you will schedule and facilitate instructor-led training events and coordinate the content design and conversion for on-demand training modules. Support also involves coordinating all communication requirements including notifications for training events.
Responsibilities:
Tracking and monitoring on-time completion for each assigned audience
Supporting audit task requests and updating training reports to support business requirements
Updating and modifying audience assignments for compliance training; coordinating changes with course owners
Scheduling all instructor-led training courses; coordinating with SMEs or guest speakers for the training event
Providing admin support to instructors for course preparation. Also providing editorial input into content and presentation
Enhancing the learning experience by managing all course facilitation tools (e.g., Slido, polls, recordings, etc.).
Maintaining training calendar
Supporting L&D team initiatives and providing admin task support
Attending internal meetings as L&D representative and taking notes & collecting team actions
Preparing L&D updates for Sourcing Compliance team; creating & sending periodic notifications on behalf of L&D team
Owning and updating online content and maintaining accurate links

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts
Relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications:
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills; influencing and collaboration skills desired
Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and prioritize work accordingly
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail oriented, data accuracy, and effective filing/organization skills
PC and database proficiency
Experience in learning management systems, learning software, and tracking compliance metrics
