Job SummaryKey Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Office Manager / PA role
  • Previous experience in the property industry is a plus
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confident, well-spoken, and able to liaise professionally with tenants and contractors
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Must be available to work on-site daily (this is not a hybrid or remote role)
? Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level PA support to senior management (diary, travel, correspondence)
  • Manage general office operations, admin team support, and supplies
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Communicate with tenants and service providers professionally and promptly
  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and office compliance
  • Assist with property admin tasks and ad-hoc operational duties
