Job Summary

• Matric + Diploma/Degree in Marketing would be desirable
• Currently in a Management role with experience in the Clothing/Apparel Industry
• Primarily this is a new business development role in which you will grow the client's revenue base by targeting and developing new clients
• Responsible for the development and performance of all New Business Sales
• Developing, implementing and structuring New Business Sales processes
• Ensuring New Business monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas are met/exceed as per the pre-determined sales targets
• Completing Tender Submissions for New Business customers
• Implementation, Management, monitoring and control of the CRM system
• Sales reporting - monthly sales reports, pipeline reports and pipeline analysis reports
• New Business customer updates
• Managing staff motivation, job satisfaction, mentoring and develop to ensure staff retention
• Managing reports directly
• Leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• Strong negotiation skills
• Own transport with valid drivers license
