New Business Development Manager Complimentary Medicines

Job Description


Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Previous sales experience selling complimentary medicines or related products into health shops and other markets is essential for the role.
  • A pharmaceutical or wholistic medicine qualification and/or training would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Knowledge of complementary medicines is preferred for the role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and driving the new business of complementary medicines into the health store and related markets on a national basis.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Establishing and achieving monthly and annual budgets, based on customer information and forecasts as well as assisting in the preparation of annual budgets for senior management.
  • Regularly reviewing market trends and surveys and aligning customer strategies accordingly.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as increasing margins and profits.
  • Keeping abreast of sales information and the companys product offerings.
  • Providing technical support on products to customers in order to grow customer confidence and customer relationships.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
