The successful candidate must:- be friendly and express themselves well- be extremely patient- type quickly and accurately- have a good understanding of networking- know their way around Windows- get along well with peopleThe candidate will need to:- answer incoming calls and perform basic troubleshooting- direct incoming calls to the appropriate department- know our products well enough to explain them to customers- follow up with customers- log support queries on our management system- exercise patience with clients- work well with the rest of our team- work after hours and some SaturdaysQualifications:- CompTIA A+- CompTIA N+- Mikrotik MTCNAExperience in the IT or customer service industry would be beneficial.
