Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Johannesburg office:

National Policy Administrator

What can you expect:

You will need to provide a professional policy administration service for Marsh clientxe2x80x99s policies administered on the RiSCS system. This role requires insurance knowledge and underwriting skill to comprehend instructions received from the business and to generate output documentation to the broker/insurer within the required turnaround time.

We will rely on you to:

Perform all instructions/activities in accordance with standard operating procedures thereby ensuring qualitative work is being done.

Meet Service level agreement by completing tasks accurately including dispatching of output documentation within turnaround time.

Keep abreast of products administered by MMC MS.

Be Client Centric, ensuring effective communication with internal and external clients.

Manage escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary

Marsh SA relevant training.

Assist to Operations Colleagues and Management by acting as a point of escalation as required.

Adhere strictly to the company's quality practices and other systems (iConnect) and procedures, professional standards, Greater Good.

Comply fully with the Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy.

Possess a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the required Insurance legislation as well as any other relevant legislation.

What you need to have:

At least 5 years of work experience within insurance.

Insurance knowledge and display an understanding of multi-peril policies

Clear and concise oral and written communication skills

Excellent organization skills, excellent interpersonal skills, networking skills, and problem solving capabilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) xe2x80x93 Outlook, Word
