Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Mixologist to work with our team on drink development for menus. This role focuses on crafting signature mocktails, iced drinks and specialty beverages that are visually appealing, flavour-forward and commercially viable. If you are passionate about flavour creation, drink trends, and turning ideas into scalable menu-ready recipes, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop signature drinks and mocktails for menus, campaigns and product use Create both classic-inspired and innovative beverage recipes Work with in-house products to build flavour-forward, brand-aligned drinks Test, refine, and document recipes to ensure consistency and scalability Collaborate with marketing teams on drink naming, descriptions, and presentation Maintain strong knowledge of ingredients, syrups, infusions, garnishes, and preparation methods Ensure all recipes are practical for commercial cafe and event environments Assist with tastings, launches, and content shoots when required Maintain a professional, organised and creative working approach

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mixologist or Beverage Specialist Strong understanding of mocktails and non-alcoholic beverage creation Solid knowledge of flavour balance, ingredients and drink presentation Ability to work independently and meet project timelines Creative mindset with commercial awareness Experience in menu development or product-based drink creation is an advantage Mixology certification preferred but not essential References of work experience
