Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Facilitator to deliver high-quality training sessions on Microsoft applications and tools. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Microsoft technologies and facilitation experience, capable of making complex concepts accessible and engaging for learners.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver Microsoft training sessions (e.g., Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure) to individuals or groups. Develop and adapt training materials, exercises, and resources to meet learners' needs. Assess learners' progress and provide feedback to support skill development. Facilitate interactive sessions that encourage participation and knowledge retention. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft technologies and industry best practices. Report on training outcomes and learner performance to management.

Requirements:



Minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating Microsoft training. Strong expertise in Microsoft tools and platforms (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure). Experience with adult learning principles and interactive training methods. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt training content to different skill levels and learning styles. Relevant Microsoft certifications needed.
