Potential Role in the Pipeline: Junior Facilitator (Please note: This is not an active vacancy but an opportunity to join our talent pool for future consideration.)





Purpose of the job:



As a Junior Facilitator, based in Cape Town, you will research, design, develop, and facilitate engaging soft skills and leadership training for employees across the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities



Independently create and deliver soft skills and leadership learning solutions. Ensure training is relevant, practical, and aligned to business needs. Innovate and adapt content to suit diverse audiences and changing requirements.

Minimum Requirements



Candidate mandatory requirements:




Facilitation Experience

: Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months (1 full year) of hands-on facilitation experience specifically in soft skills development. Experience in technical training will not be considered.

Design Experience:

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 consecutive months of experience in designing soft skills content. Applicants who do not meet these requirements should not apply.

Creativity and adaptability:

Must be creative, innovative, and able to pivot and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Good interpersonal skills & effective communication Creativity, problem solving and critical thinking Intermediate: Microsoft Word & PowerPoint Ability to work independently & in a team Experience in a fast-paced environment Travel nationally, as required

Advantageous




Coaching/ mentoring experience Online design experience

Pre-Interview Submission




Create a PowerPoint slide deck for a 45-minute session, designed by yourself on the topic of "Emotional Intelligence" for first-time audit managers. Include a brief reflection (max 400 words) on your design choices & facilitation approach.

Interview Assessment




* Facilitate a 20-minute interactive session (face-to-face & MS Teams) using your submitted materials to display your ability, to the panel as if they were first-time audit managers.
