Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our healthcare products to medical professionals, Laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and potential challenges. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and influencers to foster brand loyalty and drive product adoption. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and differentiators to potential clients. Customer Education: Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use of our products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Quality Control of equipment & consumables Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Bioscience, Life Science, Business or a related field (preferably someone with a Medical type degree).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (we invite individuals with no experience to apply as well).
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of medical terminology and relevant regulations.
• Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• The individual has to be extremely Dynamic & attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
