Coordination of the brand and marketing calendars.
Assist the HOM with coordination of daily head office outputs for the marketing team.
Coordinate all product editorial requests for magazines, influencers, online opportunities & other.
Coordinate merchandise and styling requests (internal and external) with influencers and VAS.
Conceptualise marketing initiatives and promotional activity aligned to the strategy.
NSO planning and coordination of all Fabiani & GSR stores with event planning + communication with field.
Coordinate internal communication plans to promote the brand with field teams.
Assist with external communication PR plans.
PR packs, seeding strategy & influencer search.
Creative concepts with the brand team.
Event planning on/offline and coordination.
Assist with digital and brand content creation/coordination.
Coordination of brand outputs with internal partners - Publishing, TFG service divisions.
Research, Feedback and Reporting - Customer research and compilation of reports.
Manage and coordinate the experiential marketing touch points with our external partners ( SMS, AV, MUSIC, SCENT etc.)
Qualifications and Experience:
A Marketing Diploma or Degree
2 to 4 years marketing experience
A passion for retail & the fashion environment
