This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for marketing and the hospitality industry to contribute to our growth and success.Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Totalstay's services and properties.Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email newsletters, and promotional materials.Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, events, and partnerships.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, to optimize campaigns and measure effectiveness.Assist in managing the company's website, ensuring content is up to date, relevant, and aligned with branding guidelines.Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating and sending newsletters and targeted email communications.Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Totalstay and establish connections with potential partners and clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively communicate marketing messages.Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.Proficiency in graphic design tools and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Understanding of property management or the vacation rental industry is desirable.Join Totalstay and be part of a vibrant and growing team that is revolutionizing the property management industry.
