Position Type: Permanent Full Time Location: Cape Town, South Africa Exciting opportunity to play a key role in marketing initiatives at a leading investment manager. In the role of Marketing coordinator you will assist with a variety of marketing projects and initiative in promoting the company. Hands on involvement in managing a variety of marketing activities including advertising campaigns, events and digital platform development. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver advertising campaigns across an array of media channels.
o Brief agency partners
o Manage reverts and approval processes
o Asses media plans and manage material deadlines
o Manage budgets and spend
Manage and deliver marketing projects aligned with investments team and sales team projects.
o Take briefs from internal stakeholders
o Create project plans to manage the delivery
o Work with colleagues to ensure the necessary information is shared
o Co-ordinate colleagues in line with the project plan
o Brief external suppliers where necessary
Plan, manage and coordinate the logistics for all client engagements and events, including face-to-face and virtual events nationally:
o Ensure events deliver on PIM brand and client experience standards
o Work with institutional and retail business development teams to create an annual client engagement plan
o Where applicable, source and recommend suitable venues
o Select and liaise with external suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs
o Prepare a detailed budget for all events, and follow up with approval
o Manage the invitation process with digital marketing and ensure sign-off by internal stakeholders.-
o Provide a post-event analysis, which includes budget recon and that highlights key learnings to be applied to future events
Fulfil the role as the primary contact for all industry events, this includes PIMxe2x80x99s participation in Group sponsorships:
o Manage deadlines for all branded material, business information and payments
o Co-ordinate with the marketing team and business stakeholders on the creation or sourcing of any marketing brochures, video recordings or branded material as required for sponsorships and industry events
o Brief external service providers, as and when required, to complete work in support of sponsorships Required Experience and Qualifications:
Marketing related Qualification
Minimum of 4 years in marketing project management role within Financial services
Experience planning and managing in person and virtual events
