As the successful incumbent you will be responsible to assist the Marketing Department in the planning and operational execution of the various brandsxe2x80x99 strategies through coordinating brand activities and facilitating communication with various internal and external sources.Line Manager: Marketing ManagerJob Specification:Key Performance Areas:Administrative Assistance:Ensure the smooth running of the overall marketing department through administrative assistance e.g. raising of POs, coordinating meetings both internally and externally etc.Reports and Presentations:Assist in preparing presentations, updating activity plans, updating strategy documentsRetailer / Sales Assistance:Provide support to the department by coordinating retailer and rep samples and documentsBrand Support:Support Brand Managers with internal artwork approvalAssist with project requirements including raising projects, sending change sheets and supporting the overall development process to deliver a promotional programme or new productResponsible for coordinating and updating brand history records, brand information on websites, brand files, product imagery, details on competitors pricing and promotionsPublic Relations Support (Press kits, social media, advertorials, competitions):Assist in compiling competitions and giveaways (monitor competition giveaways and distribution)Assist in executing media drops for relevant product launches that meet marketing objectivesEnsure timeous delivery of product deliveries and deadlinesResponsible for managing beauty brief requests and managing request with the relevant Brand ManagerMinimum Requirements:Experience:Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within an Administration functionQualifications:Matric / NQF 4Relevant certificationAdditional Requirements:Microsoft OfficeSAPKnowledge of marketing processesNumeric abilityCompetencies:Staying ComposedConsidering OthersMeeting DeadlinesAttention to DetailPlanning and OrganisingMaintaining ProductivityTaking InitiativePersisting
