We live eat and breathe an Agile mindset xe2x80x93 it permeates every area of our business.Lisa is a start-up business and as such you will be working closely with the Chief Marketing and Product Officer to jointly define how Lisa supports every element of the customer life cycle.Position Overview:We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Coordinator who is looking to be in the details and to consistently push boundaries in how the Marketing team can disrupt the leasing market. The ideal candidate already has sufficient knowledge in brand campaigns, online lead generation and coordination of marketing activities daily. The Marketing Coordinator will be a pivotal function in rolling out the business vision and needs of the team.Key Responsibilities:Marketing CoordinationImplementation of the marketing plan ensuring key deliverables and timelines are metAll day-to-day activities of the marketing team from brand and PR to sales and online lead generationOversight and procurement of marketing materials, promotional items, and online and print marketing campaignsBrief writing and management of projects with the various agency teams.Review and approve artwork and design elementsBuild good relationships with partner agencies, approving contracted work and overseeing quality controlTrack all projects in status meetings, to ensure alignment between departments and meeting of timeframesReporting on marketing activity, and keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of marketing projectsRegular reporting to the Marketing Manager on progress, results, and any learningsWorking alongside account managers and sales team to assist with lead-generation campaign requirementsFormally tracking all projects and reporting on progress and issues in regular status meetingsWorking across departments and building key relationships to ensure effective rollout of marketing initiativesCorporate BrandingImplementation of the corporate brand and identity on all marketing elementsCustodian of the Companyxe2x80x99s brand CI and its application across all channelsAssist in the coordination of PR campaigns and requirements for the PR agencyCreate and implement templates to ensure brand consistency across all communicationManagement of all branding and marketing messaging for LisaDigital MarketingOversight and management of the Lisa website (ongoing updates and content updates).Work closely with the digital team ensuring successful SEO, Google Display, Paid Search campaigns that track to budgets and timelinesDevelopment and management of all online lead generation touchpoints and channels including reports & analysisManagement of all Inospace social media channels including content plans and implementation schedulesOngoing management of external digital resources to ensure optimal performance monitoring and effective implementationOversight and feedback of performance metrics and tracking tools to provide analyses, campaign results, and consumer trendsTranslating of analytics and reports into actionable insights for the marketing team, improving lead generationBudget ManagementTracking and management to an agreed marketing budget across all marketing activitiesResponsible for tracking of project costs within an agreed budgetAllocation and tracking of monthly lead generation spend against agreed budgets and providing monthly reconciliations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.Proven track record of Marketing experience within an online or technology-forward environmentExceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelors (Preferred)Experience:Marketing Coordination: 3 years (Required)Application Deadline: 2023/10/30
