Co-ordinate and execute logistics within budget parameters, supporting brand projects and brand shops.
Contribute to the development and management of brand shop supplier contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA) aligned with client's brand objectives.
Support the design layout of brand shops, adhering to the client's corporate identity and maintaining the store.
Regularly provide feedback to suppliers, ensuring service delivery management and quarterly reviews with suppliers and internal clients.
Promote brand shop awareness and stock items using purchase patterns and service offerings.
Manage supplier relationships and contracts to maintain SLA compliance and uphold client's standards.
Oversee travel arrangements, JIRA onboarding for new starters, setup of new employees, and maintain the team's asset register/staff list.
Take ownership of personal career development.
Identify opportunities for cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency enhancements.
Contribute input into risk identification processes and communicate recommendations appropriately.
Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and remittance advices.
Handle accounts, print production, and building branding interactions with suppliers.
Manage production jobs from start to finish, including printer approval when necessary.
Be available for after-hours building branding installations as needed.
