About the Role
This isnt a support job. Its a high-performance client-facing role where your success is directly tied to the success of your clients.
Youll be their main point of contact, responsible for onboarding, implementation support, coaching on webinar campaigns, and ensuring theyre getting measurable results.
Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and set them up for success within our funnel system
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of active clients
Provide 1-on-1 strategy guidance and accountability via Zoom/Slack
Monitor client progress and proactively prevent churn
Collaborate with internal teams (ads, tech, creative, sales) to deliver results
Track performance metrics and support clients in optimizing their campaigns
Host check-in calls, troubleshoot minor tech/CRM issues, and celebrate client wins

Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent required)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Previous experience in digital marketing, agency work, or SaaS CSM roles
High-speed internet + ability to work North American business hours
Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and obsession with client success
Real estate/mortgage or experience is a big plus, but not required
