We're looking for a Marketing Account Manager who can manage campaigns, build strong client relationships, and support sales conversations, all while keeping delivery quality high.

If you're detail-focused, confident with clients, and excited to grow within a fast-moving B2B agency, this role is for you.

About Us



We're Drop Growth, a results-driven B2B marketing agency helping companies grow through outreach, newsletters, and LinkedIn content. We act as an extension of our clients' teams, combining strategy, delivery, and communication to drive real growth.

What You'll Own

1. Marketing Campaign Delivery

Oversee the progress and quality of LinkedIn outreach, newsletters, email campaigns and more Brief project managers, writers, designers, and marketing specialists clearly Review all content before it's sent to the client Ensure campaigns align with client goals and exceed expectations
2. Account Management & Client Success

Onboard new clients and guide them through the setup process Lead regular check-in calls (bi-weekly or monthly) Manage feedback, timelines, and task coordination Build trusted, long-term client relationships
3. Sales Support

Join discovery calls with warm leads Help follow up with notes, proposals, or next steps Learn how to position our services with confidence over time (training provided) No cold calling, no hard selling, just support and steady growth into consultative sales

What We're Looking For



Marketing experience: You've run or managed B2B campaigns (email, LinkedIn, outreach, or content) Account management skills: You've worked with clients directly, handled updates, and kept projects on track Strong communication: Clear, concise, and professional across calls and written updates Highly organised and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Bonus Points For

Experience in a marketing agency or service-based business Interest in learning how to support sales and proposals
