TMC New Product Introduction consultants are bridge-builders between R&D and production and understand the language of both worlds. Wexe2x80x99re technically involved and interact with all the stakeholders. Our TMC NPI team consists of 45+ engineers and project managers, having an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset, eager to solve technical problems and help our clients to professionalize their projects and procedures. • You are educated and experienced in Tech Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Technology (BTech). Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical-, Mechatronic-, Aeronautical-, Automotive- or Electrical Engineering;
• Experience in introducing new products and/or processes from engineering to production (industrialization), where the ability to distinguish between key issues and secondary issues is very important;
• You have excellent technical and commercial insight;
• EU citizenship is highly preferred
• You have to be fluent in English, master Afrikaans and are willing to study the Dutch language during time.
