Our client in the medical field, has an EE opportunity available for a Manager: Organisational Development to be based in the Johannesburg area.

Requirements:

  • Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology / Organisational Development/ Human Resources/Psychology (NQF level 8)
  • Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology/Human Resources will be desirable
  • 8 years Organisational Development Experience
  • And 5 years in a managerial position in the area of organisation development
  • Knowledge of the following:
  • Job Evaluation Systems
  • Performance
  • Organisational development practices and interventions
  • Organisational design and restructuring
  • Change and Transformation
  • Time Management skills
  • Must be able to cope under pressure
  • Must have budgeting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate
KPAs:
  • Develop and implement an organisational development strategy for the Organisation to align values, culture, organisational climate, and performance
  • Develop and maintain career progression processes and policies for the Organisation
  • Identify, develop and implement the performance management programme
  • Oversee the change management process
  • Monthly and annual reporting on Unit activities
  • Train and develop own divisional staff
