Job Description
TheMaintenance Supervisoris responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities, ensuring that the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the maintenance team, handle repair and upkeep tasks, and ensure that the property's physical environment meets high standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
TheMaintenance Supervisorplays a critical role in maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring that all systems, equipment, and facilities are in optimal condition.
By proactively addressing maintenance issues and leading a team of skilled technicians, the Maintenance Supervisor contributes to a seamless and enjoyable guest experience, while also supporting the property's long-term operational success.
Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid Driver's license
At least 2 years experience in maintenance department
Tertiary Qualification in Maintenance Management not essential but preferred
Project Management Qualification (preferred)
OHAS Qualification (advantageous)
Minimum of 2 -5 years' experience in the same or similar position
Project Management or Supervisory experience (essential)
Previous experience in hospitality sector (advantageous)
Demonstrated ability mentor personnel and manage supplier relationships
Extensive technical, practical and leadership experience in the relevant field including experience in projects and maintenance.
Between 3 - 5 Years
