Job Description


Purpose - To oversee all mechanical and electrical maintenance systems, processes, practices and people to support the operational department actions, aligned with operations plan to ensure plant optimisation and efficiency, maintenance planning, and capital spares optimisation. The maintenance manager will also be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance strategies to minimise downtime and maintain a safe and functional work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Recognized iMechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification

Advantageous - GCC Factories / GMR (2.1) experience

About 5 years minimum experience in applicable maintenance and engineering roles in an industrial/manufacturing environment, with exposure to the main engineering and plant optimization

Strong people management skills; the ability to identify talent, mobilize individuals and teams towards the achievement of departmental objectives

Scanning the mechanical engineering department and mechanical engineering business environment to ensure best practice is applied
