Join a manufacturing team as a Maintenance Administrator in the Western Cape!
In this role, you will be responsible for handling key administrative duties including loading maintenance, electrical, facilities, and tooling requisitions on Syspro, capturing corrective and planned maintenance actions, as well as maintaining the Excel OHC register. Your expertise in procurement tracking, liaising with stores and contractors, and supporting the maintenance department will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and up-to-date records.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Matric and 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role. An administrative qualification will be advantageous. Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans is essential. Strong organisational skills, time management, and the ability to work under pressure are also valuable.
